Our group starts with a plan for what each edition might look like – what has or will happen and what kinds of articles, stories illustrations, puzzles each person wants to add. We change that plan as we go.
We have lots of suggestions on how to find information, take notes, write, and illustrate. We also show you how to improve your writing, different kinds of writing, and give you lots of tips for creating images and illustrations.
Finish It!
Before we can publish your work, there are two more very important steps, editing and layout. Editing is fixing mistakes and making your project the best it can be. Layout is placing all the projects on a page or web page in ways that fit together, using consistent headers and footers from one page to the next, and adding a table of contents, etc.
